Tell the story without staging it

Elegant does not mean posed

At a place like Megeve, every setting is considered down to the details. My role is not to manufacture a perfect day for the camera. It is to preserve what makes it truly yours.

I film the exchanges that slip between the planned moments: a glance during the preparations, a few words before the ceremony, a laugh that spreads around a table. I only guide you when the light, sound or a portrait together calls for it.

Megeve and the Val d'Arly

From village to chalet, the day changesatmosphere

Charlotte and Morgan walking through the grounds of Château d'Aveny

A wedding in Megeve might begin in the historic centre, move to a chalet higher in the mountains and continue in completely different light. The story is also shaped by these transitions: from stone to wood, from outdoors to the warmth of a room, from the quiet preparations to the energy of the celebration.

About one month before your wedding, we review every venue and journey. The village centre, Mont d'Arbois, Rochebrune, Jaillet, Demi-Quartier or Praz-sur-Arly: I check access, parking, realistic travel times and the venue's constraints.

If your guests arrive through Geneva or Sallanches station, that often affects the weekend schedule. For the film, my goal remains simple: anticipate every journey so I never have to ask you to slow down your day.

Winter · summer · between seasons

The light changes
The approach adapts

A wedding in the snow and a summer reception call for a different rhythm and different technical choices.

01 · Winter

Quick outdoors
Balanced indoors

The days are shorter, the cold reduces portrait time and the move from snow to wood-lined interiors creates strong shifts in light. I prepare these transitions to preserve the atmosphere without keeping you in one place.

02 · Summer

More time
More movement

Outdoor ceremonies, terrace cocktails and long summer evenings allow a more open story. We still keep a backup plan and a schedule that can absorb changes in the weather.

03 · Sound & drone

The mountains should not
take over the story

Wind matters for sound recording as much as for the drone. Every flight remains subject to weather, the venue and permissions. The film rests first on your voices and your story, never on a single aerial image.

The process

Plan everything before
Force nothing during

  1. First conversation

    We talk through your day

You tell me about the venues, the important people and the memories you want to keep. I explain exactly how I work.

  2. One month before

    We review the schedule

Times, access, journeys, light, sound recording and backup plans are checked without adding weight to your organisation.

  3. Wedding day

    I stay present without directing

I work alongside your photographer and only step in when a simple suggestion can genuinely help.

  4. Afterwards

    I build a coherent film

Voices, music, rhythm, colour and images are all shaped together. Delivery is usually within four to six weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Planning a wedding
in Megeve

When should we book a wedding videographer in Megeve?

Ideally nine to twelve months before the wedding, especially for a summer Saturday, a date during the holidays or a winter wedding. Some availability may remain later.

Do you travel around Megeve and the Val d'Arly?

Yes. I work in Megeve, Demi-Quartier, Combloux, Praz-sur-Arly, Saint-Gervais and nearby towns. If your day takes place across several venues, we build travel times into the schedule.

Do you film winter weddings in Megeve?

Yes. I prepare a setup suited to the cold, shorter days and quick changes between snow and indoors. Outdoor filming remains brief to keep you comfortable.

How do you handle several venues or chalets in one day?

We review addresses and access about a month before the wedding. The schedule accounts for parking, transfers and any restrictions so the film never slows the day down.

Is the drone included for a wedding in Megeve?

Yes, it is included in all three collections. Every flight remains subject to weather, wind, terrain, the venue and permissions. I check these conditions beforehand and again on the wedding day.

How much does a wedding film in Megeve cost?

My three collections range from €1,400 to €2,400. Any travel or accommodation costs are stated before signing and included in the quotation.

Can you work with international guests?

Yes. I work in French, English and Spanish. We can prepare the wedding in English and I can speak simply with your guests on the day.

Were the films shown shot in Megeve?

No, and I prefer to be clear about that. They are real weddings delivered to my clients. They show how I film, the place given to voices and the finish of the edit.

What is the film delivery time?

The film is usually delivered within four to six weeks after the wedding, with a maximum turnaround of three months, via a private online link.

Can we request a few changes?

Yes, small adjustments can be requested, such as removing a shot or correcting a detail. A redesign of the structure, music or artistic direction is not included.

Will our film be published on your website or social media?

The publication terms are set out in the quotation and contract. If you want to keep the film private, say so before signing. No recognisable minor's face is published on my channels without specific permission.

What happens if you are unable to film the wedding day?

In the event of an exceptional impediment, I draw on a network of professional videographers to find a suitable replacement. The procedure is set out in the quotation and contract.
